About us
Hey there! Thanks for stopping by and checking out my family’s sticker shop!
My name is Mark and this is my story…
I’ve been a motosport enthusiast my entire life, just like my father, and his father… you know the saying. Now my kids are following in the same footsteps, actively riding and racing motocross and off road hare scrambles. I have been a lifelong industrial automation engineer, starting in an industrial manufacturing facility when I was 19 years old and spending seventeen years with the same company. That life has afforded me many opportunities and I have found great success during my tenure. Then somewhat suddenly my mind started to drift… My interests were changing and the stresses I once thrived on started to outweigh the worth. Mentally I couldn’t block it out, my home life was suffering, I needed change. A good friend that was made through racing was changing careers and was going to sell his business, a vinyl printing business. What did I know about vinyl, art, printing, etc… not much. But what I did see was an opportunity for the change I needed.
Before we even talked about sales agreements I bought a solid laptop, Adobe software and a bunch of online classes. I spent hours every single night logged into class. I was dedicated, I was going to figure it out. Confident enough that I made an offer on my friend's entire business, all the equipment down to the desk and chairs. Then, I relentlessly dug and did not give up, did not take the easy way. I printed hundreds of feet of material that filled trash cans, ran entire runs on the wrong material, wadded sheets up in the laminator. I was really hungry. I tracked costs to the penny and knew exactly where I was at. The wrong side. Bad. But we kept hammering until we did a few things right, made major strides in the software, continually learning what people like and want and branched out to business outside of motorsports. All of the sudden things started to click. Now it felt like something real.
A big hit came mid May. While at my day job I get invited to a random meeting on a Friday morning where it is announced my corporate position will be outsourced. I will be moving departments, new management, new office… Was this the message we needed that it’s time to do our own thing?
That’s where I’m at now, finalizing that very decision. And I’m very excited that you are here, reading this, deciding if you should give us your business. We are eager to show you what we are capable of and would love to earn your trust. We’re doing it, and we’re loving what we’re doing. You can see it in our products, our response times and our commitment to doing it right!
